IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Cookeville, Carthage, Gainesboro, Baxter, Gordonsville, Hickman, South Carthage, Alexandria, Dowelltown, Liberty, Hamptons Crossroads, Burgess Falls State Park, Center Hill Lake, Granville, Edgar Evins State Park, and Cummins Falls State Park. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 255 and 289.
