At 651 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles south of Nolensville, or 14 miles west of Murfreesboro. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Murfreesboro, Franklin, Columbia, Smyrna, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Nolensville, Thompson's Station, Chapel Hill, Eagleville, Bell Buckle, Lascassas, Christiana, I-65 East Of Columbia, Beechgrove, Triune, Fosterville, Rover, Deason, and Rockvale. This includes the following highways... Interstate 65 between mile markers 45 and 67. Interstate 24 between mile markers 70 and 99. Interstate 840 between mile markers 25 and 57.
