At 729 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13 miles east of Kent, moving northwest at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Kent, Balmorhea, Balmorhea Lake, Saragosa, Balmorhea State Park, Toyahvale, and Buffalo Trail Scout Camp. This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 between mile markers 177 and 216. Interstate 20 between mile markers 0 and 17.
