At 1053 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary located along a line extending from near O'Donnell to near Brownfield to 6 miles east of Seagraves Airport. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs, and blowing dust may reduce visibility down to 3 miles or less. Locations impacted include... Lamesa, Ackerly, Gail, Lamesa Municipal Airport, Welch, Luther, Seagraves Airport, Los Ybanez, Loop, Sparenberg, Punkin Center, Patricia, Arvana, Hancock, McKenzie Lake, Tenmile, Vealmoor, Key, and Klondike.
