At 748 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5 miles west of Dozier, or 14 miles southwest of Shamrock, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Dozier, Lela, Quail, and Samnorwood. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 145 and 160.
