IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Moab, Castle Valley, Spanish Valley, and Arches National Park. This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 115 and 135. Utah 128 between mile markers 0 and 31. Utah 279 between mile markers 0 and 15.
