IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Randolph, Laketown, Garden City, Woodruff, Garden, Bear Lake, and Meadowville. This includes Utah Route 30 between mile markers 113 and 135.
