At 955 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Howell, or 13 miles west of Tremonton, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Tremonton, Cache, Wellsville, Bear River City, Clarkston, Plymouth, Howell, Peter, Riverside, Garland, Honeyville, Mendon, Elwood, Fielding, Deweyville, Portage, Washakie, Collinston, Penrose, and Bothwell. This includes the following highways... Interstate 15 between mile markers 369 and 400. Interstate 84 between mile markers 15 and 42.
