At 709 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Riverton to Eagle Mountain. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Provo, Sandy, Orem, South Jordan, Lehi, Draper, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, Cottonwood Heights, American Fork, Herriman, Eagle Mountain, Lindon, Alpine, Bluffdale, Vineyard, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Camp Williams, Wasatch Mountain State Park, and Granite. This includes Interstate 15 between mile markers 268 and 294.
