At 545 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near North Salt Lake to near Woods Cross. Movement was northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Ogden, Layton, Bountiful, Farmington, Morgan, Kaysville, South Ogden, North Salt Lake, Centerville, Woods Cross, South Weber, West Bountiful, Uintah, East Canyon State Park, Fruit Heights, Portersville, Stoddard, Richville, and East Layton. This includes the following highways... Interstate 15 between mile markers 313 and 328. Interstate 84 between mile markers 87 and 92, and between mile markers 98 and 105.
