At 244 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Eagle Mountain, or 16 miles west of Provo, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Provo, Orem, Lehi, Draper, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Eagle Mountain, Lindon, Alpine, Vineyard, Brigham Young University, Utah Lake, Saratoga Springs, Highland, Cedar Hills, Fairfield, and Mt Timpanogos. This includes Interstate 15 between mile markers 263 and 283.
