At 701 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southeast of Fruitland, or 14 miles west of Duchesne, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Duchesne, Starvation Reservoir, Altamont, Upalco, Arcadia, Talmage, Bridgeland, and Utahn. This includes the following highways... US Route 40 between mile markers 68 and 97. Utah Route 35 between mile markers 46 and 62.
