At 137 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southwest of Starvation Reservoir, or 10 miles southwest of Duchesne, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Roosevelt, Duchesne, Myton, Starvation Reservoir, Altamont, Upalco, Arcadia, Cedarview, Bridgeland, Utahn, and Neola. This includes the following highways... US Route 40 between mile markers 72 and 115. Utah Route 35 between mile markers 56 and 62.
