At 946 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Onancock, or 10 miles north of Exmore, moving east northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Onancock and Onley around 950 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Horntown, Hallwood, Harborton, Melfa, Mappsville, Greenbackville, Wachapreague, Accomac, Wallops Island, and Temperanceville.
