At 1251 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Lawsonia to near Nassawadox. Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Exmore, Onancock, Parksley, Onley, Nassawadox, and Willis Wharf around 1255 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Horntown, Hallwood, Harborton, Melfa, Mappsville, Greenbackville, Saxis, Franktown, Wallops Island, and Temperanceville.
