Suffolk and Kings Fork around 835 PM EDT. Downtown Suffolk around 840 PM EDT. Chesapeake around 850 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Wilroy, Magnolia, Indika, Kilby, and Suffolk Airport.
