At 1006 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Turkey Creek to Fishtrap Lake to Speight. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Williamson, Clintwood, Grundy, Haysi, Breaks Interstate, Davenport, John Flannagan Lake, Delbarton, Gilbert Creek, Trammel, Big Rock, Red Jacket, Chattaroy, Paw Paw, Hinch, South Williamson, Aflex, Matewan, Clinchco, and Iaeger.
