University Of Richmond and Bon Air around 755 PM EDT. Laurel and Lakeside around 800 PM EDT. Glen Allen around 805 PM EDT. Virginia Union University, Mechanicsville, Virginia Commonwealth University, and East Highland Park around 810 PM EDT. Highland Springs around 820 PM EDT.
