At 834 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near South Hill, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... South Hill around 840 PM EDT. La Crosse around 845 PM EDT. Brodnax around 855 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Baskerville, Forksville, and Bowens Corner.
