Mechanicsville and East Highland Park around 930 PM EDT. Highland Springs around 935 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Wrights Corner, Richmond Heights, Hanover Airport, Orapax Farms, Montrose, Longdale, Sandston, Westwood, Richmond International, and Fair Oaks.
