At 610 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Millers Tavern to near West Point to near Ruthville. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent lightning. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes. Strong thunderstorms will be near... West Point, King And Queen Court House, Little Plymouth, Shacklefords, and Barhamsville around 615 PM EDT. Toano and Center Cross around 620 PM EDT. Norge, Church View, Jamaica, and Glenns around 625 PM EDT. Urbanna and Saluda around 630 PM EDT. Morattico around 635 PM EDT. Gloucester Courthouse, Robley, and Hartfield around 640 PM EDT. Lancaster, White Stone, and Hayes around 645 PM EDT. Kilmarnock, Deltaville, and Blakes around 650 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Eltham, Byrdton, Croaker, Beulah, Moon, Laban, Naxera, Avalon, Brook Vale, and Bertrand.
