HAZARD...Heavy rain with rainfall rate of 2 to 4 inches per hour is occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Wind may gusts up to 30 mph or higher are possible with these storms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
