At 235 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Cashmere, or 9 miles west of Wenatchee, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Wenatchee, Sunnyslope, West Wenatchee, South Wenatchee, East Wenatchee Bench, and Monitor. This includes U.S. Highway 97 in Washington between mile markers 169 and 176, and near mile marker 178.
