At 959 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from near Ephraim to near Egg Harbor, or extending from 24 miles east of Marinette to 12 miles north of Sturgeon Bay, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph, heavy rainfall, and frequent lightning. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Ephraim and Eagle Bluff Light around 1000 PM CDT. Cana Island Light and Newport State Park around 1010 PM CDT. Whitefish Point around 1015 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Peninsula Center, Sister Bay, Peninsula State Park, Carlsville, Fish Creek, Baileys Harbor, Rowleys Bay, Ellison Bay, Valmy and Institute.
