What is happening
Fog developed in the Rock River Valley from Watertown to Janesville, Horicon Marsh, and portions of Fond du Lac County. The fog is gradually expanding eastward. Expect visibility of 1 mile or less in low-lying areas. If traveling, use low beam headlights and slow down when encountering sudden drops in visibility.
