At 247 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Montello, or 12 miles northeast of Portage, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Pardeeville, Randolph, Montello, Markesan, Rio, Cambria, Fox Lake, Packwaukee, Manchester, Wyocena, Mecan, Endeavor, Friesland, Kingston, Doylestown, Marquette, Astico, Glen Oak, and Dalton. This includes Interstate 39 between mile markers 98 and 101.
