At 1221 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over northeastern Milwaukee, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Northern Milwaukee, Whitefish Bay, Brown Deer, Fox Point, Bayside, Glendale, River Hills, Milwaukee Hoan Bridge, Shorewood, Marquette University, Maier Festival Park, and UW-Milwaukee. This includes the following highways... Interstate 43 between mile markers 73 and 82. Interstate 41 near mile marker 48. Interstate 794 between mile markers 1 and 2.
