Janesville, Whitewater, Elkhorn, Delavan, Milton, Edgerton, Clinton, Darien, Richmond, Fulton, La Grange, Tiffany, Hanover, Millard, Avalon, Delavan Lake, Lima Center, Allens Grove, Tibbets, and Shopiere. This includes the following highways... Interstate 39/90 between mile markers 162 and 182. Wisconsin Highway 26 between mile markers 6 and 13. Interstate 43 between mile markers 4 and 23.
