At 757 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 10 miles northwest of Wisconsin Rapids to over Babcock, or extending from 10 miles northwest of Wisconsin Rapids to 18 miles west of Wisconsin Rapids, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Babcock and Pittsville around 800 PM CDT. Wisconsin Rapids around 805 PM CDT. Lake Wazeecha around 810 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Walker, Cranmoor, Sandhill Wildlife Area, Vesper, Dexterville, Sherry, Milladore, Scranton, Blenker and Rudolph.
