At 322 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 9 miles north of Plainfield to 8 miles south of Babcock, or extending from 13 miles south of Stevens Point to 23 miles southwest of Wisconsin Rapids, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Lake Wazeecha around 325 PM CDT. Plainfield around 340 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Bancroft, Coddington, Kellner, Nekoosa, Almond, Heffron and Hancock.
