IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Winfield, St. Albans, Hurricane, Milton, Eleanor, Culloden, Tornado, Teays Valley, Alum Creek, and Salt Rock. This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 27 and 42.
