If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for southeastern Ohio...and central, western, north central and northwestern West Virginia.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Nitro, Winfield, Hurricane, Sissonville, Milton, Eleanor, Buffalo, Clendenin, Poca, Cross Lanes, Culloden, Kenna, Teays Valley, Amma, Elkview, Bancroft, Procious, Kentuck, Liberty, and Ashton. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 8 and 28, and near mile marker 33. Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 108 and 125. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 23 and 47.
