Bulletin details
A cluster of heavy showers has produced between half an inch and 2 inches of rain over the last several hours across the area with some additional pockets of heavy rain expected to continue over the next hour. This could result in localized high water in the typical low- lying trouble areas, with any high water receding thereafter. Do not drive your vehicle into areas where water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.
