If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for northern and northeastern West Virginia.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Clarksburg, Grafton, Philippi, Bridgeport, Stonewood, Anmoore, Flemington, Moatsville, Rosemont, Knottsville, Century, Nestorville, Meadland, Tygart Lake State Park, Thornton, and Galloway. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 117 and 121. Route 50 in West Virginia near mile marker 82.
