At 829 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Big Otter to near Charleston. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Charleston, Clay, Clendenin, Pinch, Glen, Coal Fork, Wallback, Elkview, Harrison, Widen, Bickmore, Procious, Indore, Bentree, Ivydale, and Pond Gap. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 32 and 36. Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 101 and 102. Route 19 between mile markers 52 and 53.
