At 740 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles west of Stonewall Jackson to 6 miles northwest of Gassaway to near Wallback. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sutton, Gassaway, Birch River, Holly River State Park, Big Otter, Rock Cave, Harrison, Burnsville, Flatwoods, Sand Fork, Nebo, Alexander, Eden, Rosedale, Cleveland, Little Birch, Hacker Valley, Kanawha Head, Ireland, and Erbacon. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 37 and 94. Route 19 between mile markers 53 and 68.
