At 519 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles north of Horse Creek, or 26 miles northeast of Laramie, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Whitaker and Horse Creek. This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 27 and 37.
