At 157 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Bison Crossing, or near Cheyenne, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Cheyenne, Fox Farm-College, Cheyenne Regional Airport, Winchester Hills, South Greeley Highway, Warren AFB, Frontier Park, South Cheyenne, Carpenter, Bison Crossing, Ranchettes, Grass Hills, and Cowboy Ranch South. This includes the following highways... Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 3 and 13. Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 357 and 369.
