SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include... Chester, Swarthmore, Arden, Nether Providence Township, Chester Township, Gibbstown, Beckett, Tinicum Township, Brookhaven, Ridley Park, Media, Upland, Eddystone, Marcus Hook, Parkside, Trainer, Springfield, Rose Valley, Ardentown, and Ardencroft. This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 8. Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 20 and 23.
