At 313 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located 7 miles southeast of Russellville, or 8 miles northeast of Vincennes, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Damaging tornado and ping pong ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. Emergency management has reported damage. Fire department confirms a tornado. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include... Bicknell, Bruceville, and Edwardsport.
