TORILN The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a * Tornado Warning for... East central Wayne County in east central Indiana... Northwestern Preble County in west central Ohio... Southern Darke County in west central Ohio... * Until 800 PM EDT. * At 731 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over New Paris, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Richmond, Arcanum, New Paris, New Madison, Wayne Lakes, Eldorado, West Manchester, Spring Grove, Hollansburg, Gordon, Palestine, Ithaca, Castine, Whitewater, and Middleboro. This includes the following Interstates... I-70 in Indiana between mile markers 150 and 156. I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 0 and 6.
