Bulletin details

At 826 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Hillsborough, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This dangerous storm will be near... Durham and Hillsborough around 830 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Eno River State Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 85 between Mile Markers 165 and 168, and between Mile Markers 170 and 181. Interstate 40 near Mile Marker 161. the Durham Freeway near Mile Marker 17.
