At 806 PM CDT /706 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 12 miles east of Theodore Roosevelt National Park North Unit, or 15 miles southeast of Watford City, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include... Little Missouri State Park.
