TORBGM The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a * Tornado Warning for... Southeastern Broome County in central New York... West central Delaware County in central New York... South central Chenango County in central New York... * Until 215 PM EDT. * At 144 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Sanitaria Springs, or 11 miles east of Binghamton, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Harpursville and Nineveh around 150 PM EDT. Afton around 155 PM EDT.
