TORBGM The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a * Tornado Warning for... Southwestern Otsego County in central New York... North central Broome County in central New York... Southern Chenango County in central New York... * Until 215 PM EDT. * At 139 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Greene, or 10 miles northeast of Greater Binghamton Airport, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Greene around 145 PM EDT. Brisben around 150 PM EDT. Coventry and South Oxford around 155 PM EDT. Oxford around 200 PM EDT. Guilford around 205 PM EDT.
