Southwestern Highland County in south central Ohio... * Until 430 PM EDT. * At 405 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Mount Orab, moving southeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Georgetown, Mount Orab, West Union, Manchester, Peebles, Winchester, Sardinia, Seaman, Belfast, New Market, Emerald, Decatur, Russellville, Mowrystown, Cherry Fork, Danville in Highland County, Dunkinsville, Bradysville, May Hill, and Locust Grove.
