TORCTP The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a * Tornado Warning for... North central Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania... Northwestern Sullivan County in north central Pennsylvania... Southeastern Tioga County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 545 PM EDT. * At 519 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Ogdensburg, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Ogdensburg around 520 PM EDT. Ralston around 530 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Hillsgrove and Forksville. This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 165 to 166.
