At 1229 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Central Lake Winnebago, or 7 miles east of Oshkosh, moving south at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornado will be near... Central Lake Winnebago and Northern Lake Winnebago around 1230 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by the tornado include Winnebago, Wittman Field and Black Wolf Point.
