Bulletin details
At 1002 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles southwest of Carter, or 19 miles southeast of Crandon, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Other locations impacted by the tornado include Freeman and Boot Lake Campground.
