Coastal inundation is not expected. .OTHER STORM EFFECTS... Tinian and Saipan could receive up to 2 inches of rain from the outer bands of Typhoon Saudel as it passes by through Sunday. They may see more rain from the monsoon surge flowing into Saudel that will develop next week.
